Harlequin: Solution
DTS met all of the system objectives by including a hidden electric tab
tensioned screen per room (3), a 3M projector and ceiling mount per room
(3), four in-ceiling speakers per room with wide audio dispersion, a wall
port with VGA, computer audio and composite video and RCA audio per room.
We added a TOA pre/power amp with equalizer, microphone and audio inputs,
TOA power amp for speakers, and an Extron composite video auto switch
to bypass projector limitations. An Extron composite video distribution
amp allows one composite video source to broadcast to multiple locations
and an Extron VGA switch allows one computer source to broadcast to multiple
locations. Presenters can walk around freely and take questions during
presentations, thanks to a Shure wireless system. There is easy control
via the projectors' own remotes. To polish off the system, a rack enclosure
contains all the equipment for a safe and clean look.
