Harlequin publishes and distributes books and other reading materials. They have three multi-media rooms and needed DTS to create a facility to house company-wide meetings internally.

System Requirements

Harlequin needed a system that was capable of being used independently or as one for presentations. Each room was to have computer and composite video feeds with corresponding audio at the front of the room. Routing of computer and video from the central room to two other peripheral room was essential - when required, with override to the local source. The other system objectives were in-ceiling speakers that could be turned off and on in the peripheral rooms independently, and wireless lapel and handheld microphones for presentations.

Challenges

The challenge we faced was that there was limited ceiling height to install hidden screens and projectors and only one composite video per projector.
