Audio Visual Needs Analysis

Whether we are designing a new facility, or refurbishing an existing one, there are many components that need to be considered in the initial assessment.

During this stage, our consultants meet with the client, architects, interior designers and/or facility planners to determine the initial technology requirements and the structural feasibility of the project. We then conduct in-depth interviews with key personnel to ensure that the initial design specifications that meet the needs and expectations of the organization.

Systems Design Recommendation

Audiovisual technologies facilitate and enhance communication capabilities, but it is vital that their integration into your existing technology infrastructure be expertly conducted through proper and appropriate system design. Upon completion of the needs assessment, our experienced systems designers formulate the requirements into a “systems blueprint”, a detailed optimal design recommendation of your integrated system. It includes recommendations for the appropriate technologies that will comprise the system, a timeframe for completion, and an estimate of the costs involved.

Implementation and Management of Installation

Equipment and material purchase, custom fabrication and assembly, programming, pre–installation testing, on-site installation, and post-installation testing are all part of this next step.

To enable our clients to realize the full potential of their systems, DTS provides a comprehensive, personalized training program, and along with end-user documentation, including a system manual with diagrams customized specifically to your needs.

Post-Installation Support

DTS provides ongoing after-sales support, based on your needs.

• Phone - support over the telephone for basic malfunctions and customer assistance.
• On-site - for basic service and repair
