We will arrange for pick-up and return delivery of any equipment for servicing and ensure that repairs are managed quickly with minimum inconvenience to our customers. We sell products that are of the highest quality, and equipment failures are very rare. We do not stock replacement items and many of the products come from the USA. We have developed relationships with our vendors that ensure that replacements, if required, are shipped overnight.
